黒漆による仕上げ塗りのショットグラス。
ガラス断面の朱漆（緋色）がアクセントに。

見る角度によって緋色の見え方が変わります。飲み物を注ぐと光が屈折して緋色の見え方が僅かに変わり、内側の砂子金箔の輝きが増します。お酒の味わいとともに、注ぐときの変化も是非楽しんでください。

「包」はガラスに漆を塗った器ではありません。漆だけを25回以上塗り重ねることでカタチをつくっています。漆だけを塗り重ねた約1mmの薄さの飲み口はしっとりと優しい口当たり。ウォッカ、テキーラ、焼酎ストレートなど、強いお酒を楽しんでください。

細いフォルムですが凹みが指にかかり、手にしっとりと心地よくなじみます。ガラスと漆それぞれの重さの違い、質感の違いもお楽しみください。

※一点一点手作りのため、使用するガラス破片はすべて形が違い、ガラス部分の見た目に違いがございます。ご了承ください。

ガラス破片の中には、亀裂が入っているものもあります。
ガラスを割る際に生じるこの亀裂を「烈（れつ）」と呼んでいます。
破損の可能性があるガラス破片は使用しませんが、
ごく浅い亀裂の破片は敢えて使用することがあります。
漆は9,000年前の縄文遺跡から発掘されるほど、長くその形を保ちます。
漆は「悠久」の時を内包しているのです。

一方、ガラスの破片は形あるものが割れた瞬間の「刹那」を持っています。
亀裂の入ったガラス破片を使用するのは、その刹那を感じるためです。
ガラス破片と漆を融合させること。それは刹那から悠久へ続く時間の表現でもあるのです。

ガラス破片の周りを漆で固めていること、ガラス破片表面にはコーティングを施すことで、
亀裂の進行を抑えています。
